Our Programs & Impact

Elevate Voices Foundation takes a holistic approach to empowerment by addressing the interconnected issues of health, leadership, and the environment. Our work is grounded in the belief that when youth and women are empowered with knowledge and resources, they become powerful agents of transformation.

1. Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR)

We are committed to breaking down barriers to information and services that are often stigmatized, particularly for adolescent youth and women.

  • Comprehensive Education: We provide age-appropriate, scientifically accurate, and culturally sensitive sexuality education.

  • Menstrual Equity: Our advocacy includes promoting access to menstrual hygiene products and standing firmly against period shame.

  • GBV Prevention: we focus on the prevention and response to gender-based violence, including sexual violence.

  • Maternal & Preventative Health: We offer maternal health education and raise awareness for HIV/AIDS and STI prevention, testing, and treatment.

  • Stigma Reduction: We conduct community sensitization to promote open dialogue and reduce stigma around SRH issues.

2. Mental Health & Wellbeing

Mental health challenges among youth and women are increasingly recognized yet remain severely underserved. We bridge this gap through community-based support and advocacy.

  • Awareness Campaigns: We normalize conversations about psychological wellbeing to reduce community stigma.

  • Support Networks: We establish peer support networks and community-based groups for mutual aid.

  • Psychosocial Services: We facilitate access to professional care through referral pathways and support services.

  • Resilience Building: Our training focuses on stress management, resilience, and emotional intelligence.

  • Crisis Intervention: We implement suicide prevention programs and provide critical crisis support.

3. Gender Equality & Transformative Leadership

We believe young people are the leaders of today, not just tomorrow. We work to remove the patriarchal barriers that prevent women and youth from reaching their full potential.

  • Challenging Norms: We actively challenge harmful gender stereotypes and patriarchal structures.

  • Equal Access: We advocate for equal access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities for all women.

  • Inclusive Advocacy: We engage men and boys as allies in the pursuit of gender equality.

  • Leadership Development: We provide training focused on critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving.

  • Civic Engagement: Our initiatives connect youth with governance processes and policy development.

  • Mentorship: We pair emerging leaders with experienced change-makers to build capacity.

4. Climate Justice & Sustainability

Climate change disproportionately affects vulnerable populations, including youth and women. We integrate environmental stewardship into our core social equity work.

  • Environmental Education: We lead awareness campaigns on the local impacts of climate change.

  • Youth-Led Action: We support green advocacy campaigns and youth-driven climate initiatives.

  • Sustainable Practices: We promote community-based waste management and the use of renewable energy.

  • Intersectionality: Our work connects climate justice directly to health, gender, and social equity issues.

  • Voice Amplification: We ensure women and youth’s voices are amplified in climate policy discussions.
